Academic ExcellenceThe Office of Spiritual Life offers programming and resources to support, grow, and foster the spiritual and religious well-being of all students. Spiritual wellness is key to becoming well-rounded, able to respond effectively to life's challenges and to live a life of meaning and purpose.
The non-denominational James P O'Toole Chapel (second floor of the Student Center) offers a comfortable place for worship and prayer services, for private and group meditation, for spiritual counseling, for meetings of student religious groups, and for discussions on a wide range of spiritual topics and social issues. Meditation cushions and Muslim prayer rugs are available.
The Spiritual Life office provides updated information on local places of worship and makes arrangements for transportation, as needed.

Other groups can be formed, based on student interest.
The Office of Spiritual Life sponsors a variety of lecture and discussion programs and community activities to assist students in learning more about their own religious and spiritual traditions and practices as well as to explore the faith traditions of others.
In addition, Spiritual Life partners with a number of student organizations for social gatherings and community service projects during the year.
