Homecoming and Family Weekend Wrap Up: Kicking Off Fall at Curry

Alumni and parents joined students, faculty, and staff on campus for Homecoming and Family Weekend 2018. Families of current students had the chance to connect with College instructors at the annual Family and Faculty Breakfast. Sessions also included a Career Development open house, and a faculty-led discussion of how families can best support their students after high school.

Communication Alumna Wins Broadcasting Award for Series on Opioid Crisis

Curry College alumna Gina Marini '11 (Communication) was recently recognized by the Maine Association of Broadcasters for her journalistic work in addressing the opioid epidemic in New England.
In September 2018, the Curry College Men's Soccer team recruited 15-year-old Mateo Sodano of Quincy to join their roster. Shortly after he was born, Mateo was diagnosed with Cerebral Palsy, and because he relies on a wheelchair, he cannot play organized sports.

Men’s Soccer Drafts Team IMPACT Recruit

The Curry College Men's Soccer team recruited 15-year-old Mateo Sodano of Quincy to join their roster. Mateo is a resident of Quincy, MA who was diagnosed with Cerebral Palsy shortly after he was born. Team IMPACT is a national nonprofit that connects children facing serious or chronic illnesses with college athletic teams, forming life-long bonds and life-changing outcomes.

Curry College alumna Gina Marini '11 (Communication) was recently recognized by the Maine Association of Broadcasters for her journalistic work in addressing the opioid epidemic in New England.
